Free covers the core estimating workflow for a single user — take-offs, assemblies, manual rates and BOQ exports — plus a small monthly AI allowance. Paid plans unlock unlimited AI (smart bill parsing, AI rate matching, spec conflict detection), more storage, and better support. Pro adds extra seats for teams.
No. Sign up for the Free plan without a credit card. You only enter payment details when you choose to upgrade to a paid plan.
Pay for 10 months instead of 12 when you choose annual billing. For example, Basic is €75/month or €750/year — saving you €150.
Absolutely. You can switch plans at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle, so you keep access to your current plan until then.
On paid plans, AI features run under a fair-use policy — standard estimating workflows like parsing bills, matching rates and detecting spec conflicts are covered, and we only get in touch if a workspace is dramatically outside normal usage.
