Yes. Every account comes with a 14-day free trial. A credit card is required to start, but you won't be charged until the trial ends — and you can cancel anytime before then. That gives you full access to the platform so you can test it on a real project before committing to a plan.
Absolutely. You can switch plans at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle, so you keep access to your current plan until then.
An AI run is any time you trigger an AI-powered action — such as parsing a BOQ, matching rates, or running spec conflict detection. Uploading and viewing documents does not consume AI runs.
