Why I Chose Finland to Build My Construction Tech Startup

When I started working on Blueprint Crusher, the goal was simple: help small to mid-sized construction companies stop drowning in tender documents and start winning more bids—faster. I’d seen too many contractors waste days—or entire weeks—just trying to figure out if a bid was even worth pursuing. It was clear the preconstruction process was broken. I wanted to fix that with AI.

What might be less obvious is where I chose to build it: Finland.
