Rate Library
Manage the products, prices, and suppliers that power every estimate.
Rate Library
Your Rate Library is the master list of everything you buy or supply, and what each one costs from each supplier. It’s the foundation every estimate is built on.
The library has three working surfaces, all reached from the Library group in the sidebar:
- Rates — your products, grouped by category (Materials, Labour, Equipment, Subcontractor, Plant Hire) with a Suppliers sub-tab.
- Imports — uploaded supplier price sheets and invoices, plus their review state.
- Assemblies — reusable build-ups of products (covered in the Assemblies section).

- Products — adding products manually and deciding when to create a new product vs. add a price.
- Prices — recording supplier prices, pack vs. unit, editing rules, and price history.
- Importing price sheets — bulk-import supplier spreadsheets via vision AI.
Two ways to populate the library
